Originally a Knoxville native, I graduated with my degree in Music Education from Maryville College in 2008. There, I studied under the vocal direction of Mr. Burt Rosevear and the choral direction of Mrs. Stacey Wilner. I have toured multiple states on the east coast as well as Europe. My collegiate vocal ensemble, Off-Kilter, once opened for the prestigious a cappella group, The King Singers. I also had the opportunity to sing with the Knoxville Opera during this time. I have studied music since I was five when I first began taking piano lessons. In addition to vocal and piano proficiencies, I can also play the ukulele, the guitar, the harp, and the accordion.

Besides my love for music and teaching, my other passions are brought to you by the letter C: Cats, coffee, and crochet. On any typical afternoon, you can find me crocheting with a cup of coffee and my two cats, Luna and Lanikai. My fiance and I are also very involved in "nerd" culture, hosting a Dungeons and Dragons group in our home on a weekly basis.
